本項目位于蘭州中川機場航管樓院內，車棚平面投影呈矩形，每排長21.6米,寬7.5米，共3排。
該工程結構形式屬于骨架支撐式與張拉式相結合的膜結構形式。主體支撐骨架為組合平面桁架，柱為雙弦桿格構柱，梁為上下弦桿均為直桿的變截面桁架，格構柱與平面桁架梁組成組合平面桁架。整體結構以組合平面桁架為界，每排分為4個等間距跨間，每個膜單元大體呈圓錐形，高低起伏錯落有致，給人以美感。
